Potato Gem Nachos

Ingredients (9)

  • 1kg pkt frozen potato gems

  • 30g pkt taco seasoning

  • 2 cups coarsely grated cheddar

  • 2 tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped

  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped

  • Avocado, mashed, to serve

  • Sour cream, to serve

  • Hot sauce, to serve

  • Baby herbs, to serve

Method

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Place the potato gems in an ovenproof frying pan and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 8–10 minutes or until melted and golden.

Step 2
Top with tomato, onion, avocado, sour cream, hot sauce, and herbs. Serve immediately for the ultimate snack or party platter.
